WellMindNowEducation Before Crisis

Notice version: education-2026-10-30-v2

Educational Use & Privacy Notice

WellMindNow’s Dr. Shivam Dubey educational guide is offered in a spirit of public education and service: making brain and mind literacy more accessible. Screenings and their results are free. Some optional structured educational programs require payment. A public-service purpose does not make every offering free or a charitable donation.

Education, separate from clinical care

This guide offers general educational information, self-report questionnaires, and optional learning exercises. It does not provide a clinical evaluation, diagnosis, psychotherapy, prescriptions, individualized treatment plans, or medical decision-making. It is not a medical consultation with Dr. Dubey or another clinician. Using this guide, paying for an educational program, or submitting a question does not by itself establish a clinician–patient relationship.

If you already receive clinical care from Dr. Dubey or another clinician, this resource does not change that existing relationship. Use your established clinical communication channels for your care. Do not use the educational guide or class-question inbox for clinical requests.

Do not start, stop, or change medication or other treatment based on this guide. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking care because of an educational message, questionnaire score, or avatar response. Information may be incomplete or inaccurate, and individual circumstances differ. No particular outcome is promised.

Automated guide and AI-avatar disclosure

The current guide uses scripted, automated text and fixed questionnaire scoring. It is not an open-ended AI conversation or personal communication from Dr. Dubey. Any avatar video is a labeled synthetic representation, not a live appearance or a message personally recorded for you. Dr. Dubey does not personally review screening answers. No professional is monitoring your use in real time.

What screening results mean

Symptom-screening questionnaires summarize self-reported symptoms using the named instrument’s scoring rules. Their validation in research does not establish that WellMindNow has been clinically validated, or that a result is a diagnosis. False positives and false negatives are possible; a low score does not rule out a condition. Screening cannot determine the cause of symptoms, appropriate treatment, or whether someone is safe. Personality profiles and educational reflections do not measure IQ or diagnose personality disorders.

The Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale summarizes general self-evaluation using its published 0–30 scoring rules. It is not a measure of your worth or a diagnosis, and this guide does not apply high/low cutoffs. Auto Mode and Emotional Skills are original educational reflections, not validated assessments. They summarize your choices and offer an optional practical step without scores or fixed types. Their answers follow the same browser-memory and clearing limits described below.

Seek an appropriate qualified professional’s assessment whenever symptoms concern you, persist, worsen, or affect daily life. Learning-topic suggestions are optional educational topics, not prescriptions or evidence that a paid program treats your symptoms. No purchase is needed to see results or obtain help information.

Emergencies and urgent concerns

The guide, live classes, and question inbox are not emergency services. Messages may not be reviewed promptly or answered. Do not submit urgent concerns here or wait for a response. If you might harm yourself or someone else, cannot stay safe, or face immediate danger, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. The guide’s “Get support” button provides additional crisis-support information. A warning message does not mean a professional has been alerted.

Screening privacy and device limits

The guide calculates scores in your browser. It does not intentionally submit questionnaire answers or scores to WellMindNow, Dr. Dubey, an advertiser, or an AI/video-generation service. It does not intentionally save them to an account, browser local storage, or browser session storage. “Clear my answers” resets the guide’s current answers and rendered results. Browser restoration, device memory, screenshots, printouts, saved PDFs, clipboard contents, and activity on a shared device are outside that reset. Do not treat it as a secure-erasure guarantee.

Visiting a website still produces routine requests to its hosting infrastructure, which can include IP addresses, request times, device/browser information, and requested pages or files. This guide’s statement about on-device screening does not mean the whole WellMindNow platform is anonymous or collects no information. Sign-in, payment, and other platform features have separate data flows. This notice describes this guide; it does not replace any applicable platform privacy notice or promise a particular legal privacy classification.

Optional daily-live questions

The public guide lets you prepare and copy a draft without submitting it. Optional question submission is available through the separate signed-in dashboard guide. Submitting there is separate from screening and requires sign-in and an unchecked, explicit consent. Only the question you enter, your account email, submission/expiry dates, and the notice/consent version are saved by this feature. The submission request does not automatically include questionnaire answers or scores. Authorized platform administrators/educators can read submissions for general educational discussion. The question is not automatically emailed, answered, or published.

Do not send screening results, diagnoses, medication details, medical records, names, identifying stories, information about another person, or urgent concerns. Even a question without a name can identify someone through its context. Educators should remove identifying details and paraphrase selected questions before public discussion; do not submit information you need kept out of a public class. Consent to a general educational discussion is not consent for advertising, research, or a clinical consultation.

Question records are scheduled to expire after 90 days. Automatic database deletion is not instantaneous; backup copies and records subject to applicable retention requirements may persist longer. No specific backup-deletion timetable is promised here. You may use “Delete my submitted questions” in the dashboard guide’s question section to remove this feature’s active inbox records associated with your signed-in account. This does not erase a prior public discussion, your own copies, or independently retained platform records.

Your choice and legal rights

Participation is optional and intended for adults 18 or older. You may stop at any time. Acknowledging this notice confirms your understanding of the service’s scope; it is not a blanket release of liability, a waiver of nonwaivable rights, or a guarantee of legal compliance. No claim of HIPAA compliance, FDA approval, or regulatory exemption is made by this notice.
